False or incomplete information may result in cancellation.
Rates displayed on the website are sample prices and may be updated at any time before confirmation. Confirmed bookings may require partial or full advance payment. Security deposits may apply to protect against loss, damage, excessive cleaning, traffic violations, smoking violations, or contract breaches.
Cancellation terms may vary by listing and season. Unless otherwise stated in writing, late cancellations and no-shows may result in a partial or full charge of the reserved amount. If a booking must be cancelled by the provider for operational reasons, reasonable efforts should be made to offer an alternative or refund, subject to applicable law.
Vehicles must be operated lawfully, responsibly, and only by approved drivers. Apartments must be used respectfully and in accordance with occupancy limits, house rules, and local regulations. The renter or guest is responsible for any fines, unauthorized use, property damage, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay or rental period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rent Autokton is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party failures, weather events, guest negligence, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
